A Guide to Pride

This download is a guide for businesses on celebrating LGBT+ Pride Month or LGBT+ individuals at any time of the year. It includes suggestions of activities your company can do during the month of celebrations. It also provides guidance on avoiding rainbow-washing during Pride, when businesses declare their support for the LGBT+ community but do not follow this up with action.

 

Through Colourful Commitments, your business can pledge to work on making your business more LGBT+ friendly. These commitments can be made at any time of the year, but it is a great idea to make at least one every LGBT+ Pride Month.
